As Primary care providers (PCPs), we manage and coordinate care for complex populations of patients. We integrate information from multiple sources and from multiple specialty care domains, the bulk of services are provided by our PCPs in this most complex setting.

Primary Care Providers are doctors who have been trained to be a patient’s first point of entry into the health care system. If you are looking to get your annual physical or need to see a doctor about something that is wrong with your health, PCP are great resources because they are trained to be able to diagnose a wide variety of medical conditions.

There is a great relationship between your primary care provider and a specialist. After been seen by the PCP, he/she will direct you to the particular specialist that we perform more advance studies, evaluations, treatment and recommendation which will be communicated back to your PCP for follow up.
